ABOUT US

WHY THE OCEAN?

We can say the Ocean holds the key for renewable energy!

  • It's also the largest battery (thermal & kinetic energy)
  • Less environmental impact than land-based renewables
  • No additional land use

ABOUT US

We are an ocean renewable energy startup that designs technology to make ocean energy generation a viable solution, while preserving marine life.

As an FPL 35-mules program graduate, NEPTUNYA is a growing laboratory where new ideas become sustainable tech to help humanity solve the current energy crisis. We are supported by multiple South Florida research groups like the FAU TechRunway, the entire FAU Research Ecosystem and The 1909 Community.

Most recently the company was awarded the first place in the 13th Annual Cade Prize for Innovation for one of its inventions, the OCTOPODZ. Invention that is also being supported by the US National Science Foundation.
